Where do the grapes for our wines grow?

In Italy, of course - in South Tyrol!

Thanks to the Mediterranean climate, all wine-growing regions in Italy have special characteristics and a unique character. South Tyrol is no exception, despite being one of the smallest wine regions in Italy. Our homeland is particularly popular because of its three autochthonous grape varieties: Gewürztraminer, Lagrein and Vernatsch. These are not only appreciated by wine connoisseurs and globetrotters, but also by farmers and the neighbour next door.
